Comic opera in two acts from 1789. A story of two young officers, Guglielmo and Ferrand, who, under the influence of the skeptical philosopher Don Alfonso prepare an intrigue that will serve as a test of faithfulness of their lovers: Fiordiliga and Dorabella. Lorenzo da Ponte’s libretto is a starting point for us to subject feelings and emotions to scientific analysis. By putting the body into motion, we will create possible networks of connections within the geometry of Mozart's music. Using the strategies of mistakes, repetitions and multiplication, we will move between the science of the Enlightenment project and opera buffa, between the chemical analysis of the desired body and the camp nature of emotions, searching for the algorithm of lovers and the alchemy of love.
