An art historian, a medievalist and a gourmand. The author of a culinary book – Piąty Smak (The Fifth Taste) and Kuchnia na plebanii (Kitchen at the Rectory), an editor and a journalist. He has been hosting a programme Droga przez mąkę (the Road through Flour) – a program on the relations between literature and cuisine, for over five years. He has been writing columns for Czas Wina magazine and has been developing new press projects. Spiritual Occitan. He is big fan of winery Languedoc, yet prefers to drink someplace else.
